Polished Billet Mustang Tilt Seat Levers

Where is the best place to get these guys. I've seen them for upwards of $70 and they are covers not solid replacements. Do they make solid replacements?

I was actually looking at the billet shiny one until I discovered it was a "cover" and nearly $70. My interior is 100% black and I though the all billet would break that up a bit. I just thought for $70 I would be getting the whole handle and not a glue on cover.
