Hey all,

I gotta '07 V6 in torch red with the black mustang stripeon the sides. I justaddedblack 10" racing stripes from BaltimoreStreetMods so I'mtrying to find a BLACK fuel door to replace the brushed aluminum one I have on there now. Anybody seen this month's 5.0 Mustang & Fast Fords magazine? That grabber blue 302 from Galpin Auto Sports on the cover has a great looking black fuel door with silver rivets around it. The only ones I've been able to find though have the GT/Mustang logo on them. Anybody know where I can find one without the logo??

Man thats what ive been looking for a black fuel door painted the same color as the car with chrome rivets that would look awesome.

Yeah, I found some on ebay but they all seem to have that horizontal piece that either says GT, or Mustang or something like that. I want a plain black with silver rivets. I think i found one on MustangsUnlimited. UPR has 'em too? I didn't see them in black.

BTW, how does everyone get those cool signature blocks with pictures???

Found a locking black fuel door withno bar or logo, the same seller also offers a non-locking type among various others. Around $99 with free shipping.

Gloss Black Painted could be harder to find, at least on ebay or whatnot.
Not sure about the steps for painting an aluminum fuel door, I'm very inexperienced in that area..
I'd assume you'd have to paint it yourself or have your local shop paint it for you if they've got some matching black auto paint laying around.
