I can't agree more. It is the worst looking item in the engine bay. I am going to change mine out to a powered coated yellow to match my exterior paint.

man, has the smell gone away from your vavle covers? Mine doesn't smell inside the car anymore but when I get of the car I can still smell them. It goes away in about 5 or 10 minutes but I can't believe they still have the smell to them. I thought maybe there was a leak but I can't find one. I'm gonna put her up on the ramps tomorrow and give it a good looking over but it doesn't smell like burning oil. I followed all of the directions on the cans. I even let them cure for longer than what was suggested before appling the second coat of paint. I think the only difference is I didn't clear mine.

I had a slight oil leak. Somehow I missed this flat, black ground strap near the firewall on the drivers side. It made its way between the cover. Grrrrrr. I couldnt feel it. Wasnt until I had the car on the lift and finally took a good look from underneath and I could see it. Very small leak, but enough to drip down on the manifold and cause that oil burning smell. Easy fix that coulda been avoided.

I love your valve covers. I would like to do the same thing in silver with the logo you have. Where did you get the Ford Racing sticker and what size is it?
