I was gonna wait until i had some pictures to post but i havent picked up the car yet. I went with 20% all around. I talked to the guy who did it and he said its really dark.... here in NY, the legal limit on the front windows is no tint at all. my brother has 36% front windows on his 03, and it doesnt look that dark. Should I have done 36 or did i make the right choice and get 20?

Hey 06stang, do you have your car back up in the 'Cuse yet? I'll probably be up there within a couple weeks, it'd be sweet to chat! I just put a set of Mac's on my girl, we probably look like clones (except for the new tint of course).

I'm driving down to Maryland for the cruise on the 7th, is there any chance I could convince you to join? It'd be sweet to have the two black stangs with MAC's pull in together.

I have 20 on the fronts and 15 everywhere else. I unfortunately didn't have the foresight to get the moleskin and my fronts are just now starting to scratch since I've moved to dusty-as-hell south Texas.

update: Picked her up this afternoon and doesnt look too dark. It does look awesome though! I'm going to clean her up tomorrow and take some pictures.

20% is a good choice. I had 20% all around on my 350Z, I think I may go a shade darker and get 15% on the Mustang. Gotta decide by Monday!

I think your car looks great.

My tinter did 20% on mine the first time even though I asked for 5%. Looked good but still wanted 5. Took it back the next week to get 5%.

I think I'm going to go with the 20% around, when I get mine,based on what I see on yours.

Did you have the moleskin before you got it done? Or are you planning on getting it in the future?
