RE: Racing Stripes
I like my white stripe treatment! It really stands out -- so far the state troopers have only taken a long look though. Although I was looking at red just recently and like that look too.

RE: Racing Stripes
On our black vert with red interiorI removed the white side stripes and applied 10" red with 2 inch gap and then put 1/4" pin stripe. The Hood was a piece of cake! but the rear deck lid took a bit. I just finishedours. Wraping the bumpers and doing the rear deck lid were a pain but made theeach stripe with two pieces and I put a seem under the spoiler and is barely noticable to me and I know it's there. No one else even noticed tis seem. I'll have pic up tomorow if anyone wants to see another black with red stripes convertible mustang!
Oh and IF you do this yourself I can't stress enough keep the car & stripe wet ANDWRAPYOUR SQUEEGIEwith a cloth and get it wet also before you use it!! If you don't you'll end up scratching your stripe at the least but might end up scratching you car too! Take your time &when you use lots of soapy water (lightly soapy) you can move the stripe around where ever you need. Make sure the area is clean even the underside where the stripe will wrap around. Good luck and post pics!

RE: Racing Stripes
Ok so he got a lot of advice on what stripes he should get. Insteed of starting a new post about the same thing I thought I would ask on here. My mustang is wind veil blue, I dont know how many people even know what color that is, but its close to baby blue. What color strips do you all think would look good on mine?
