Help with seats
Everyone, I been lurking for awhile gathering all the great info here. Purchased a GT500 spoiler and CDC with your advice, but I have a problem.
I purchased the red leather in my black 06 GT Convertible and I love the combo. The problem, the leather on my seats "bleed" or dye will rub off. This makes for amusing amounts when pants have red marks on the rear. So I took car in for service oil change and what not.
Explained I'd like for them to look at seats. Picked car up they used castrol 5w-20 instead of Motorcraft, wasn't happy about that, oh well. About the seats service manager told me my use of meguiars leather wipes caused the bleeding and would not be covered.
Should I just try another dealer or go higher up chain? I realize cost cutting but year old car 13,000 miles and leather dye bleeds? I had a Chrysler and Chevy verts and with same product the dye didn't come off..

I agree go to another dealer and dont offer any info and play dumb in that situation. Tell them you vaccum them and remove soils as it happens but have done nothing else!
