Stripes done, man what a job..
Myself and a friend of mine who installs tint put my stripes on yesterday. Just a warning to anyone else, pre-cut stripes are probably most likely worth the investment. I just bought two rolls of 8" high quality vinyl and it took us over 4 hours to complete the job. Sadly, if you really pay attention you can see some places where we struggled to align the stripes, even after taping the car. The bottom of the front bumper I finally gave up on. I'll probably try to get it right later, but I kind of like the way it looks now. I'll see what you guys think.

RE: Stripes done, man what a job..
I actually bought the stripe kit off of ebay. Putting the stripes on isn't difficult, I'd just recommend having a tank you can readily make soapy water in. The difficult part is the manipulation and stretching of the stripes to get them straight, and then working the bubbles out. Some of the angles on the front and back bumpers of this car make it very difficult.
What I did before hand was measure the lengths of front and back and/or top/bottom of each section of the car. We had determined by eyeballing that about 4 inches between the stripes would be ideal before hand. So basically I just divided the lengths of each section by 2. Then I added and subtracted 2 from that number to come up with the correct position of the stripe.
For instance, if the front of the hood was 50 inches long, divide that by 2 and you get 25 right? So the left stripes inside postion would be at 23 inches and the right stripe would be at 27 inches. The back of the hood is a bit longer if I recall, so you have to adjust for the other end of the stripe. After that, we justput masking tape down at those points, and then tried to get the stripes lined up right.... Easier said than done for sure LOL
Hopefully that helps..

I feel your pain brother!! I bought the pre-cut stripes right from Roush (twice) and still have some spots I'm not happy with.. After doing the front bumper three times I nearly hung myself from my barn rafters... Most frustrating thing I've ever attempted.... But done right they look soooooo good...
