new 07 gt convertible, any opinions on which body kit?
hey guys what's up!? i'm new to this forum, and the ford family too. i just purchased a new 2007 gt convertible a few months ago. i've added a few mods..exhuast, stereo, etc.. but my big step next is to purchase a new body kit. i want to get your opinion on one. i like this one in the link below:

Thanks for the reply. You got that right, you definitely have to budget, those modifications out there are high dollar. But I'm in no hurry at the moment. I'm hoping to find some used parts on craigslist too.
BTW, nice verts! My girlfriend loves the yellow gt. She's thinking about purchasing one herself. Can I ask you where you got those rims? Type/Size? Those are sweet. I love the black on red with the red stripes and black tires, that really stands out!

The Street Scene is a good choice. It makes the car lower and bulkier, and gets rid of that "little slipper" look a lot of convertibles have.
Keep in mind though you have to do something about the center exhaust. I'd also put some lowering springs on it.

thanks dave. that's the only thing i am concerned about is the middle exhaust.
may i add, that i love your stang. do you have any other pictures of your car, because i love the tires you have on yours. i saw them online but i haven't seen them on a GT. i would love to see a good view of those. i also like the way your front end looks. nice!

I am neutral as far as body kits go, but since you are talking about buying fromLMPerformance i wanted to vouch for them that they did a very good job delivering my roush hood scoop and hurst shifter (back when the hurst was hard to get). They delivered both items together within a week.
I would prefer to put my own kit together, its risky but you can get more of what you want, and less outlandish stuff.

MAJUSTIN1, thanks very much for the reply. i'm glad to hear you had good terms with LMP perfocmance. I'm still hodling out on what i want i do. this is a big decision for me. 2k might not be a lot to some peole but it sure is for me!!! LOL! i'm going to take my time. but i've heard good reviews about their site. i'm definetely going to do more research before i make a decision, but i really love that kit.

check out atlantamustang.com they offer parts pre painted and match great i have the cdc chin spoiler and gt500 rear spoiler on my black vert and it looks great.

Congrats on the new car. Cervini has nice options too. Pick up some Mustang magazines to get more ideas. I found each time I was flipping pages and stopped at a car I really liked, it was the Steeda.
