So I basically screaded up my mustang today ripping off the factory hood scoop to look at the options I have to replace / mod it... It looks like the front of it connects to the frame of the hood scoop and the front of it has 2 bolts and 2 snap ons to hold it down in the front... It looks like I could possibly make something custom to hold it down and also to make it look good.

I was also curious if there is an actual replacement for it... I know there are ones for the 2002 ones... But obviously this does me no good.

I thought about maybe putting a black out peice of something (any ideas) to cover it up too...

The reason I want to do this is because I'm going to "upgrade" my front top and bottom grills... Any ideas to make it match and not look like im a douche.... Here's some pictures...
