Reflector inside door?

RE: Reflector inside door?
Well to me Rdot9, and this is jus my opinion everyone, that little thing looks tacky, or cheap. Ford could have done much better on the interior of these cars IMO, not that i dont like the interior, in fact i love it, but with all the technology and other "lesser quality cars" with better interiors out there, i feel that a small reflector inside the door is not needed. Whats it for, in case my door isopen and a car is riding by at night? and the biggest reason why it has to go......it doesnt go with my black on black theme

RE: Reflector inside door?
I realize its there for safety reasons, but its kinda small so i dont think ill be taking a huge risk by gettin rid of it, but also im not worried about the breaking down thing for two reasons, 1 being hopefully my stang wont break down on me anytime soon, and 2 being that i always carry a emergency kit with me since i started driving my last car which was an 88 oldsmobile cutlass with about 150k miles on it, and in that kit i keep reflectors in case of such an emergency, but yea i think the tint spray should work ill have to try it and let you all know how it works......but does anyone have any idea how they might come off?? or will i be the first to venture into this........

I know they snap in, but I'm not sure if you can get them off from the outside. I checked them out when I had my door panels off while changing speakers out. There is actually a hole behind them like they considered putting a light there and didn't to reduce costs or something. If you decide to take the door panel off, it isn't too hard, just a bunch of screws and a couple panels to pop off.
