Default CDC Gauge Pod

Heyyall I have a CDC gauge pod, and I was wondering if I needed to do any prep work to it before I paint it? I'm not sure if they(CDC) have already prep'd it, andit would just save me an extra step if they already have. Thanks for the help!

just clean the das real well then fit the gauges and check the fitment. i had to rotate my boost gauge so the pod would sit flush on the dash

I think my painter used an adhesion promoter first. Then he used a textured interior type paint for the final finish on the pod.
