I am about to buy a hood scoop for my car, my 1st intention was to paint it to match the color of my car, but then I saw an older model GT, it was silver, but had a black scoop and I thought that looked awesome and was unigue. So I was just wondering some of your opinions on leaving the hood scoop black on my gray car.

I'm biased, but I like it. But I will also say, it depends upon the other exterior accents you decide upon.....

I think it would look fantastic with a black hood scoop and black loovers on the rear window, like the Parnelli Jones mustang. If you did that I would not add the stripes on the car, at least not over the hood, top and over the trunk. That would be too much. Maybe some on the sides if you really want stripes.
You wouldn't see many like yours with the black scoop and black rear loovers. Another idea?? Balck hood scoop, black rear loovers, black rear spoiler.

heres a question somewhat off topic i want to buy a hood for my car i know which one and it has a functional hood scoop when i get that im gonna get silver stripes painted on my car at the same time but the silver stripes are only gonna go from the front bumper to the windsheild nothing else and then i want to get the roush window louvers my question is should i get the silver roush window louvers and do you think it would look good with that setup
