Default HIDs and fog lights

Possibly been asked before, but I had no such luck in the search. Anyway, I am getting HIDs for the headlights but was thinking about getting yellow fog lights for wet weather and stormy conditions. Plus I think they look sick. Comments and opinions please.

Yeah, i'm running 8k in the head & fog lights, and must say to anyone else with this combo--if you run all four @ night, you are just an ******* to every other driver on the road--as these are some bright *****.

Are you talking about yellow lenses or film for the fogs, or do you want actual yellow HIDs for the fogs? I like the look of the yellow film, but I think it is more aesthetic than functional. 3500K HIDs would be awesome looking at night, and far superior to the stock fogs during adverse weater. They'd also look badass with some 6000K or 8000K headlights, and would still be clear during the day.

SRT_what, are you talking about 3500k YELLOW HIDs, or just regular ones?

Where did you buy your HID kits and how easy was the instal? Any cutting of the factory wiring orwas it a plug and play set up.?

Not sure exactly what you mean... 3500k HIDs will be yellow in appearance. Similar to race cars on the LeMans circuit. Those would look awesome in the foglights, when paired with like a 6000k or 8000k in the headlights (just my opinion). Are you looking to spend the money for a 2nd set of HIDs for the fogs, or do you just want a yellow incandescent or halogen bulb for the fogs? Or, furthermore, you can put a yellow film on the foglights and use the stock bulbs to achieve a yellow light, but the fogs will look yellow even during the day. Hope that answered your question.
