i bought my 07 V6 stang about 3 months ago and ive done a few things to it like tint the windows and put a cobra rear decklid badge on it. im also waiting on one of my friends from another forum to finish painting my quarter window louvers and my side scoops so i can put them on there. but thats not the point of this thread. i was wondering what i should do next. should i continue w the appearence type stuff or should i start focusing on the mechanical stuff such as dual exhaust, lowering gears, CAI. what do you guys think should be my next step or steps.thanks in advance.

Dual exhaust gives you not only an appearance and sound mod, but they also let the car breathe better. The car sounds and feels alot more healthier getting up to speed with duals, unlike the straining sound that the stock v6 makes.

Ok....I have a question. Why would you put a cobra badge on a V6? That's like putting a mustang badge on a pinto IMO.

well bronx i know that it probably seems like being a poser or whatever you want to call it but i did it because i like snakes, and i like how it has the dull finish on it w the black center. this design scheme will complement the overall look of the car when i am finished w all the stuff that i want to do to it.[sm=massbounce.gif]

hey pantera what is a good dual exhaust to get for a V6. bc i think that ford racing is making a cat back dual exhaust conversion kit now. do you know if this is true.

I went with a GT takeoff exhaust because I got the full exhaust off of Ebay from manifolds to mufflers for $80. I like the exhaust, I do wish it was a little louder, but i'm afraid i'll be throwing my money away on a set of mufflers that sound like crap on the v6.
