I was driving my car today and the ambient has dropped noticeabley, the car performed so much better it was unbelievable - much improved power and acceleration. I've read others saying that they also notice that their GT gets more sluggish when hot, I wonder if an aftermarket ventilated hood would improve the under hood temperature problem, has anyone tried this? The GT500 has a ventilated hood - I'm guessing to reduce the charge air temperatures,

Yes. Lots do it. In the cold I make tons more power. Just a flaw of the mustangs in heat...


People commonly get the 3dcarbon heat extractor hood...

I've never heard of that hood - any idea who stocks it?, I was on pony builder .com, they had some ram air hoods but not that one, thanks
