I know this is a really really old thread and all but i'm resurecting it. Has anyone else tried this on a 4.0? I've seen someone on ebay selling the GT500 modified for the 4.0 but i'd rather try to do it myself and i'm looking for others that may have tried this.

i got the part form ford for 60 bucks shipped

i dont like that filler piece...the spolier DOESNT fit the v6 front and the filler piece pretty much just COVERS the fact and the alignment problems.....

much nice to actually MODIFY the SPOILER itself to actuallt fit

i think the gt 500 lip looks really nice too! its not to bad to put on a little work and it goes on easy! i put one on my 08 gt have a few shots

And the after pic i was messing around with my buddy on the highway and around 145 i felt a shake then the lip bent under the car and broke off into pieces i went back and picked it up this is what was left one big piece 2 small ones ( just glad it did not rip the front end off). plan on getting another one for it and using much more durable hardware!!!
