Default Corral for GT

Hey gang,

I'm a V6 owner who ran into a GT owner that really liked the Corral around the pony on my grille. He had asked if anyone made one for the GT, and remembering the Webelectric offering, I said yes. I took down his info to send him the link only to find that Webelectric is no longer offering this (apparently they couldn't make a profit on it). Does anyone know where else this guy could go to get it? For clarification, I'm talking about putting the pony package grille with the GT fogs.

Last I heard no one was doing it anymore.

They are no longer selling them. The only way to get one is to order the trim from Ford from the V6 Pony package and modify it by cutting off the 2 small fog light rings and then attaching it using long screws throught the backside of the black honeycomb grille using large fender washers (painted black). Hope this helps

Thanks, guys. I suspected this may be the case. I'll let him know his one option. Shame there aren't others out there though.

Curious why Webelectric stopped offering them.
I've actually had offers for mine, but I still like the look, so no go.

I've had multiple people ask me about my grille. I usually tell them to call Webelectric and ask them to bring it back. If enough people contact them, then perhaps they'll do a batch.

I'm in search of one too. I even posted a WTB ad in the classifieds. FYI, I tried getting a quote for the corral trim from www.partscheap.com which is connected to a Ford dealership. They said it's not a seperate piece & you have to buy the whole grill. Looks like that's an expensive option.I guess those in need will have to search pick-a-part yards. Good luck.

UPDATE: I just ordered the chrome piece only off a guy on ebay for $110 shipped. I'll have to modify it myself, but at least I have a shot. For those interested, the guy's ebay seller id is bullitt03722. I also just ordered some polished billet bezels for $70 at americanmuscle.com. I wanted to have the bezels on first before I measure how much to cut.
