I don't want to damage anything so what is the best way of going about removing the side skirts on both sides of my Mustang GT at the bottom of the rocker panel underneath the doors?

Do I unsnap those black plastic snaps where the side skirts meet in the wheel well 1st or the ones pointing down towards the ground?

I want to replace them with ones I JUST purchased online. Mine are chipped and scuffed up.

I wanted to ask for some help before I fukk up anything, haha.

Yes the black plastic things will need to be pulled out. It's not easy though...they are "Christmas Tree" type of clip, and they will fight you all the way out. I scratched my side skirts when I took them off, but after a while I stopped being careful.

There are also some clips behind them, but they come off easily.
