Hey i'm looking for a good website that sells the quarter panel window louvers painted & an installation guide or if you guys had any experience with it i can just get your way of doing it. I've seen some that can get really pricey so i don't want something like that but i don't want dirt cheap. It's for my brother's brithday/x-mas gift since his bday is like 2 days away from x-mas so i'd like to get them ASAP. Thanks in advance for your help!

I went with the ones from Silver House Racing. http://www.silverhorseracing.com/webstore/cart.php?target=product&product_id=16141&c ategory_id=255 These require a little more work to install but they are fully functional and they do not have a restrict view like the others. Take a look at them and see what you think.

I agree, even though I dont have them I am an admirer of them. They are the only fully finctional louver out there, because they actually replace the sideglass instead of jus sticking to the car.
