So I bought my 2005 v6 mustang used, from a dealer. It rocks.....came with racing stripes but so far, I have noticed that
everyone else who has stripes has them continuing down the entire rear of the car, or they have the black out panel. Mine, instead of being blacked out, is white. I like it, I mean, I like it a lot that way, it is just different. Maybe the guys doing the taping were drinking that day? Maybe the previous owner wanted it that way, either way, I am going to keep it like that, I will include a pic so you can see what I mean, tell me what you think, no worries if you hate it, it is what it is!

Its different and cool! I've seen a few of others different colorsand it is something different. That is the cool thing about these cars tons of different options.

I think that basically kills the flow of the stripes, but it's certainly a different look, if that's what you're into.

I agree, I think it kills the flow of the stripes. I’m having my stripes put on right now and having them flow from the front lip to back bumper. I like the stripes just not the white out section but if you like it that’s what counts.

IMO I kinda like it,if you like it go with it. Yes, it is different, but its your stang and no one elses.

i dont mind it but maybe if the panel was a brushed steel look, it could look pretty fresh. just a thought.
