i saw the hood of the night rider mustang and saw that red neon was coming out of it.
so my question is:
What type of neon is that and is it water proof and how would i go about doing that?(i want blue)

If you have a ram air hood you could get a street glow kit of L.E.D. or neons in your color choice and install under the ram air if thats what you wanted they also have these small lights that are about the size of a 1st grader pencil and about an inch long that project a light (red lightwave is short so it does nt go far)
blue would be cheaper and brighter. You can get anything you can afford.
I am not sure if your local police would like it. around my way they dont like underglow on the road. good luck.
