yes , but the PP doesn't come without it... its part of the whole Pony Package for 07' & up atleast... grill, tribar emblems, & rocker stripes

that is true but it is also part of the pony package. I do not have the exterior sport package i have just the Pony Package w/ the follwing:

Unique Pony Grill w/ chrome bezel and fog lamps
17" Premium painted cast aluminum wheels
Pony Front Fender badges
Lower door tape stripe
pony lower door tape stripe
carpeted floor mats w/ unique brushed chrom "mustang" badge.

I have an 07' premium coupe w/ pony package only.

i also have a pp grill of my 08 pony. i only had it on for about two weeks than put another grill. ill sell it if someone want.

The rocker stripe on the PP is different than the rocker available for the sport package. Took me forever to figure that out but it is different.

Also part of the PP: The floormats with the silver Mustang plate on them,front and rear sway (they are not the same as GT's but very close, just a few mm's difference), 17" Bullitt Wheels

I believe the PP stripe is unique.
If you look you'll see its not the same stripe as the standard exterior appearance stripe. Not that it looks any better... (mine will be coming off, I'll sell it...?)
