Ok, does anyone know if either ofthese two from Cervini:

05-08 Type II Chin Spoiler, Part#4340
05-08 B2 Chin Spoiler, Part#4318

Still retain the lower grille insert?

Right now it's between the following:

CDC classic chin spoiler
Cervini's Type II chin spoiler
Cervini's B2 chin spoiler

I cannot make up my mind, haha! Any thoughts everyone?

I want a chin spoiler where I can still maintain my bottom grille insert.

Thanks again!

Nick

With the Cervini's Type II, there is no cutting of the fascia, and the factory lower grill is retained, so I see no reason why you couldn't. I know the CDC aggressive requires cutting the fascia, but from what Margarita has shown, it looks like the CDC Classic is about the same as mine. I can't be certain, but I think so.

In two of the pics at the link I posted you can see my factory lower grill still intact.

Damn, you know it's a bad day when you have to start quoting yourself.. Why do I even bother?? [sm=headbang.gif]

Sorry man, I was in between classes and did not have a lot of time to read it. Do you know it the B2 style requires any cutting? I can get a heck of a deal on either one of the Cervinis due to the group buy going on, so I am leaning that way. I just don't know if I should go with the Type II or B2 one....?

I like the Type II (obviously, it's on my car ).. I have never seen the B2 in person. Call Cervini's and ask them, they are very helpful and willing to answer any questions.

Haha I figured you would say that. Oh I meant to ask is your car lowered at all? If so, any clearance issue? Maybe I will give them a call tomorrow and see what they say.

Thanks for all the help!

No, at the moment I'm stock ride height. No clearance problems. By the time the car comes out of storage it'll have H&R sport springs and Konis in it.. I'm anticipating having to use caution, but nothing crazy...
