Took off Pony Package spoiler and found chipped paint... What can I do to fix it?

I had my car in today to fix this per the TSB (among other things that needed fixing).

Edited because they 'fixed' my car so poorly on this TSB. Looks like I'll have to verbally duke it out to get it done right.

I would try taking it to another dealer. There are some shady dealerships out there who care nothing about service.
I drive 25 miles and pass 3 other dealers just to get to the one that suites me best.
