New pic of Stang with GT500 conversion.
I put on the clear corner lights and the hood scoop over the weekend. Let me know what you guys thing. I know, I know; the car is screaming for some wheels. Hopefully sooner than later. Oh, I also ordered the scoops for the quarter windows last week. If I get them soon enough, I'll get them painted and they will be on this weekend along with my throttle body that I ordered last week, too.

RE: New pic of Stang with GT500 conversion.
The total cost is really hard to say. I got lucky from an unlucky incident. Some lady driving in a lane that wasn't a real lane lighty crashed my front end. I took the car to my buddy's body shop, and instead of ordering the regualr Mustang front end, I had him order the Shelby parts. Some parts I had to pay for out of pocket, like one of the headlights, the fog lights, some internal brackets, and the grilles. The rest (including labor) was covered by my insurance.
I can tell you this: Don't bother bargain shopping. The parts are only available from Ford unless you get lucky enough to find something on eBay for a bit cheaper. You can use the stock hood......EVERYTHING else must be replaced. It will be well worth it, though. My car turns more heads than a fine chick in short shorts. What I did to save a little money, is I purchased some aftermarket fog lights on eBay for $20, and made a little project of installing them without messing up the holes for the OEM fog lights. They've worked so well, I still got them on. The OEM fog lights are $104 each side; that is about the only corner you can cut in the process.
To everyone else, thanks for the compliments. I'll keep posting pics of the progress.
