Ok i want new tail lights, and i want them tinted or something close to this so there dark looking. I'm unsure of exactly what smoked means, vs tinted/blacked out.

Are these too ricer ish, or mabye it's just me.

If i get those tail lights, can i hook up a sequential kit to that as well?
