Hi Nuke, as i can see you have CDC Louvers Right?, Im puting these in my car by next week, so you recomend that the body of the car its hot and leaving it 24 hours untouched right?, the cdc louvers are attached tothe window or to the car body?

My louvers are from hubcapsplus, not CDC. The ambient temperature should be between roughly 60 and 80 degrees F, probably should NOT be hot to the touch. The recommended cure time is 24 hours and the intent is "undisturbed". Surface prep is the real key...

I got the same ones Rick has. I did them in my garage last week without any problems. I used 91% isopropyl alcohol on the edges where the tape was going to go, then let that dry and I did it again. After the alcohol dried, I used 3m adhesion promoter and allowed that to dry. Then, as said above, I used the top part of the louver to line it up, then attached. The moment the tape touched the dry adhesion promoter I could just feel it stick, so make sure you get it right the first time.

I've had them on for a week without any issues so far, and a small tug on them reassures me that they aren't coming off anytime soon.

...and mine have been on for over 10,000 miles and I occasionally run her up to 110-120 MPH. They're as solid as the day I put them on.
