HID fogs with halogen headlights
Hey, I was wondering if anyone has this setup and can maybe post a picture of how much light the HID fog kit would give off. I was thinking that i could just put silverstar bulbs in my headlights and then use the HID fogs for the backwoods when nobody else is on the road. Is this a good idea, or will HID fogs put off less light than the high beam silverstars?

The lenses in our fog lights provide a fog light pattern which is short and wide so they won't provide the "throw" you're looking for for nightime distance. Either change the fog lights to driving lights or add a set of driving lights. Driving lights have a long, narrow pattern which is what I believe you're after.
