Need help choosing body kit
Iam thinking of changing the look on my '06 and I am caught between the C-series body kit and the B9 body kit from Cervinis. Need some opinions. I am hooked on the c- kit because it's very aggressive and stands out, but I am also hooked on the B9 because it would enhance the look and look more like a '69 Boss 429. Help me out. Thanks

I think that the B9 kit is one of the nicest looking "retro" kits around. It's sporty and aggressive, but has that 69-70 flare to it. Plus, you'd be one of a kind, because I don't think anyone here has a B9 kit-- and there are some c-series kits.
Look for some posts by 07lane40- he has the B9 chin spoiler, if you want to see a pic of that on our cars.

I'm doing the Roush kit. While not the most unique, it looks really nice. Noone here in my area has it, so it'll be unique in a way. Cervinis makes some good kits though, so you can't go wrong either way.
I'm not really a fan of side exhaust though.

I would go with the cervini's c-series. I'm piecing together the kit with the exception of the hood. I'm using their ram air hood instead. I guess it depends on what look you're going for but I think the c-series is alot better and cleaner looking than the B9. Just my opinion though.

I think the Cervini's kits are a bit overdone. I prefer Roush or other simple kits. I mean Cervini's is cool and all but I wouldn't really want it. And it's really expensive.
+1 for Roush

AMoRT you are right about cervinis being expensive and i love the roush kit as well. Depends on what you're looking for. All i know is that Cervinis is top notch. When I ordered my hood it was the best fitting hood I've ever used. Everything lined up out of the box and it needed virtually no sanding. The only downside I see to the cervinis kit is the pricing and the clearance issue. All of the car shows I've been to lately cervinis stuff has been getting all of the attention.

Wait a minute I just looked closer at your car and I see you put cobra emblems on and a gt500 stripe
Don't forget it is a v6 so you better get a blower if you don't want everyone in town saying they beat a gt500. But still, even a sexer with an excellent blower couldn't come close to a gt500.
But if you are headed in that direction..... Get a gt500 front end. They look real good and the cobra emblems wouldn't look so out of place.

AMoRT, Yes I did put the GT500 emblems and stripe on the car. When I boughtthe car, it was justplain jane white, no stripe. Just the Spoiler and Interior Upgrade Pkg.But now I want to change my car's look. So the emblems and stripe are going to come off.Don't get me wrong, Ilove the GT 500 front end, but it'snever going to be a gt500. I am also thinking about the X-charger for a power booster. Heard good things about it.
I ammore or less going to go for the 69-70 Boss look.Haven't seen any with that look aroundyet.
