just my opinion, but wood belongs in your dad's Buick, Lincoln Towncar, Cadillac Deville......not a sports car like a Mustang

Uuuuh, have you seen a Shelby steering wheel from the 60s lately??
Ipersonally have no love for the '60s Mustang interiors. I have this conversation with my neighbor who has a '65 and a '69. I personally do not like wood or chrome all over the car interior which is why I am not fond of the older Mustangs interiors. I like the brushed aluminum in my '05 but not too crazy about the chrome on the pod and around the air vents. I like the new body style but without the chrome. It's my taste and you will not EVER find a post where I have attacked or degraded an O/P or anyone else for their taste in what they do with their cars.
I can respect that...
But chill man, no one is out to take your head off. AT least not me.
You stated your opinion, we stated ours... And the OP is cool too.

BTW, thanks for serving the Country.

Really, cause if you scroll down here... http://www.forddash.com/123.html

They have a Carbon Fiber wheel but the spokes are CF which means I am sure they can make a wood one...

All my google searches have come up empty and I am very curious to know what they you are talking about.

Exactly ^ If you do a litttle research, you will find that alot of the older special mustangs (Mach 1, Shelby etc.) had wood steering wheels and a butt load of wood accents in the interior. If someone was to do a mod to mimic the older stang, wood would be in line to complete the look.

Wood steering wheel for our Mustangs (Very pricey). http://www.wooddashexperts.com/custo...014&page=1
