Mine are from wheelskin.comas are my side scoops. The paint was a perfect match.

If you have the skill and the tools you need to do it yourself, then paint them yourself. If you have never painted anything before, and don't have a decent paint gun, you won't be able to match the factory finish and it won't turn out well.
