Default Roush window louvers

Hi, my name is kevin and i just bought an 07 gt about two months ago. Anyway, about 4 weeks ago i bought roush's rear wing and window louvers for the back 1/4 window. I had ford install the wing but i put on the louvers myself(the louvers came with a diagram and a cutout to show exactly where you put the brackets on your car, it was really idiot proof), well last week while getting on the freeway my passenger louver flew off my car. The sticky tape gave way and it was gone. I was able to find it but it is severly scratched to the point of needing repainted. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem and what they did to correct it, also were you able to get roush to help with the replacement(after all, they say that its held securly on your car with nothing but automotive bonding tape)

Roush louvers use small screws to attach to tabs that taped to the car.

Did the screws come loose or did the 3m tape rip off?

Default tape

more than likely the tape came off, was the glass clean, no dirt, wax, etc, and did you let the brackets "cure" before washing or exposing the car to rain within 24-48 hrs? ive seen that tape hold some incredible stuff on, but also not so well if installed improperly.

Default roush louvers

yeah, actually on the roush louvers...they use tiny screws that attach the louvers to brackets that you attach to your car, but the brackets are only secured by automotive bonding tape. i followed all directions, let them cure, cleaned the windows..., anyway im pretty upset with roush. in the last two months ive spent 1142.00, on the wing, louvers, floor mats, window decal, billit shifter and door sills with plans to spend so much more(i plan on morphing my gt into a complete stage 3 in about 14 months), and the cost of a louver replacement is really not the issue, its the customer service(or lack of it) that bothers me...anyway thanks for letting me vent
