Wow... this seems like a lot of money and fuss just to get a flush clean look. Just buy an emblem that will cover the holes. There are numerous people/threads on here that talk about differ emblems that will fit over the holes. I personally have the "hurst equipped" emblem and it covers the two holes perfectly...takes alil patience to line it up.

I want to see these black emblems. Hell I may pull mine off this weekend and do it. The hood, rear decklid spoiler, and chin spoiler are all satin black on my car. Doing the emblems may be a real kicker.

Hell try to rattle can them this weekend. Use fishing line to cut the two sided tape and then pull out the emblems. If your going to get them professionally sprayed anyway you can't really screw up too badly. You might just save yourself some coin.
