Hood Scoop

I am thinking about adding a hood scoop. Can you give me some insight on whether it is better to go with the one that uses bolts, or the one with 3M tape? Is there any added noise because of the wind resistance?

I have a XENON hood scoop which uses 3M tape and there is no extra noises...
