Vinyl roof on white gt/cs
i have a white gt/cs. im getting black rims w red pinstrip, red calipers, etc. i was thinking about blacking out my roof with a black vinyl sticker. anyone have any opinions on it?

You mean the entire roof section? I am not positive, but I would imagine that since it curves front to back and also side to side, that vinyl will not conform well enough and will just wrinkle. Paint is a better idea.
My friend has a Torch Red, and I gave him my old Alloy Metallic hood, an Alloy Metallic blackout panel, and he wants to paint the roof Alloy Metallic too. I think in his case it's a good idea. For you, I would only do it if you were getting a black hood. If you did so, I would also paint the front 2 inches of the hood white so that your grille area up front looks normal.

well i was sort of thinking of the "fmj" h&r project look. i googled to see if there were any white mustangs with a black roof and thats what came up. i know thats a glass roof but as far as the hood staying white i think it looks pretty clean overall.
