Default New rims for 06 GT

I just bought a 06 GT which is black with silver racing stripes. It has the stock rims which are 18x8.5 silver fan blade style. They have corrosion on them so I want new ones.

I prefer black rims, and I don't want them too flashy, like you would see on a ricer car. I want them to look like they go with the car, the muscular look.

I found some from Ford Racing parts HERE. Tell me what you think and give any suggestions. Thanks!

If black is what you like, then go for it. I personally don't like black rims unless there's about 50% chrome or cast to them. But there are plenty of forum members that like the look so who am I to judge?

When I upgraded from my stock fan blades, I went to to a 9.5" wide wheel and wider tires. Glad I did.

Not a fan of black rims on a black car but what counts is what you like, not us.

JMO, I'm not a fan of black wheels on a black car.....but if you like it, that's all that matters.

+1 I'm running 275's out back and 255's front. No problems with Steeda Ultralites.
