to me it sounds like CDC went cheap in the design of this product if many of people are having the gap issue on the passenger side like me...

Not really good ones...
The screw driver shows where I took some material off.
The other ones show the piece of metal I 3Med to the bottom lip to get rid of that bulge you see in the last picture.
I don't have a close up shot of the finished install, sorry.
