Default Where can I order this piece?

For anyone that has ever removed the rear bumper you will know what I'm talking about. There is that piece that attaches to the rear bumper that like keeps it in place prior to putting the bumper on the car. I hope someone knows what I'm talking about because I can't explain it too well. Anyways when replacing my v6 bumper with the gt bumper I somehow broke that piece and now mu rear bumper doesn't sit flush with the car on the driver side. Does anyone know what the piece is called and maybe where I can find it. I hate to go to the dealership because it seems like everything there is 500$+.

I just replaced my rear bumper and I'm not sure what you are talking about. Is it the alignment pin? I broke one alignment pin and didn't have any problems getting it to line up properly.

I think it's the black plastic guide/liners that are secured to the side of the quarters...
The bumper snaps in those slots to stay flush with the quarter panels.

I guess it's called bumper brackets...

I just had the bumper off and those were busted also.
Its a dealer supplied item. The bodyshop ordered them
so I dont know what the part # is.
Here is an exploded view with descriptions of the rear
bumper assembly parts.

Try finding it here first, you might be able to dodge the dealer markup!

Hope this helps.

If they are the left and right side bumper brackets, I found them at the sight listed above for $13.00 each.
this might be what you are looking for.

That must be why I couldn't figure out the OP's question, I don't recall doing anything with that bracket when I swapped my rear bumper a couple of weeks back.
