Has anyone had problems with their plastic bra's. 3m or whatever it may be called.

The stuff they are applying on mine isn't 3m and is suppose to be better. Got my car back today from the paint shop minus the gt emblems on the side , Sweet. Now I'm suppose to wait thirty days but I don't think I can't wait that long. This car pooling with my wife is making it hard .

back when the stock market was 30-40% higher (yikes!) I took a look at some used Ferraris. They all had the clearcoat front end protection and I could see the line they leave across the hood on each one. Most of the cars were red, so maybe it's that color but I think you'll be able to see it on black too.
As far as protection you are paying a LOT and if you get hit by something big it will still dent. I'd personally put just $100 into a regular bra that I can put on for trips and then paint the front after a few years. But if you get a good deal it might be worth it.

I had one on my 06 vert and it started to look a little dull so I removed it. Much better looking now. My ride is not a DD so I wasn't worried too much! Also, after it's been there awhile, you will start to see and notice it more and more. It was on the car before I bought it, so I'm not sure if it was an aftermarket brand or a true 3M bra. I wasn't impressed with the way it looked so I removed it.
