Cuzzo,

Treating potential customers like that on one of the largest marketing/advertising sites is bad business no matter how you or anyone looks at it. This is a highly specialized market. Everyone on this site considers modifying or learning more about what they could do to their mustang. People actually pay to have advertising here.

Add the lost sales up.

Straws suck. Thats about the only thing that bothers me even with the false floor out. Definitely better now though

If I have any custom fab work to be done, the work won't go to Cuzzo. It's a shame too, because it looks like he could do some decent work. The way I see it, customer service is just as important as quality. You need both parts.
