$149 is about right as long as you get free shipping. I've had both the magnetic and the SHR and while the magnetic wasn't bad, it looked like crap close up only b/c all the little scratches showed up. I got it to get the idea of what a panel would look like before I committed to attaching the SHR one. Keep an eye out on the classifieds here and a few other sites, I got my used for $100 shipped in perfect shape. I've also seen on themustangsource.com someone that sold his for $75 shipped so deals are out there.
As for louvers get the paint matched SHR ones and be done w/ it. I know I wish I had.
That side scoop in the link, don't let them fool you that is not a CS oem style scoop although most will call it that. The CS scoops do not have the lip on them that makes them look cheaper and more obviously a stick on.

where can i find prepainted shrs and is the install to difficult? i do like the look of them

Jesus. does anywhere other then shrs site sell them painted? huge increase in price with paint. really dont wanna pay 340
