what rear window scoop/louver

SHR flush mount louvers look pretty good. I've seen them on a couple Shelby GT's which have the side scoops you mentioned. They really aren't Elenor styled scoops but the the flush mount units look very smooth on there.

If you want a scoop like the old 67/68 Shelby's the closest out there are the Cervini's C-series scoops (though the openings are angled back, where the CS scoops have perpendicular openings) and the Sheby Super Snake scoops. Those are angled back far less as shown here, and probably match the CS scoops a bit better.
The Cervini's scoops are open on the front, and closed on the back. The SS scoops are closed front and back.

This is where I found them. Those as the C-Series are more reminiscent of the original 67/8 Shelby scoops which had the cutouts on the rear to allow air to pass through them. Seen here.
If you want a more Eleanor from Gone in 60 Seconds look with the modified scoops, which are closed off on the movie car, then something like the GTR scoops might work for you, but they cant back an aweful lot. There's also the 3dCarbon ones which are closed in the back, and have a more straight face. There's also the CDC but they've got the faux notch in the back as well, but it's much less pronounced.
