Here is a pic of my 06'GT when I first lowered it and still had the 17's. FRPP handling pack.

here's some pics of mine. 07 GT lowered with FRPP "k" springs on stock 17" bullits.
--it was by far my favorite visual/handling performance mod!--

I wish Ford hadn't used wheel weights on the outside of the stock 17's.

Looks good guys!.........what the hell are wheel weights??

These pics are still making me wonder whether to go with the 18's or keep the stock 17's and get a drop. Any comments?

wheel weights are used to ballance your wheels. without them you would have a nasty vibration on the freeway.

i would stick with the factory 17's for weight reasons. if i upgrade my wheels, i'm getting some 17" takeoffs for the rear and wrapping them in M/T et streets!! thats my idea of a hot wheel/tire upgrade!

i would love to get some bogart 15" front and rear wheels w/drag tires all arround (skinnies in front and drag radials out back), but i dont have that kind of cash laying arround.

Not longer after that pic I had installed the factory 18" black Bullitts. They are still a favorite and the weight difference wasn't a factor.Performance didn't suffer.
