It uses the two back holes, and then adhesive tape to hold it down. I'm installing mine next week.

It looked pretty easy and takes about an hour.

I got mine from the spoiler store but there was a strip of messed up paint that looked like a scratch and I didn't notice it until just the other day. I think it's too late to return it...
