the brand has nothing to do with where theyre mounted... shelby, frpp, mr gasket, it doesnt matter... people mount them wherever they feel is best to mount them... my body style is hard so theyre all where the bump stops are with some kind of ghetto rigged hood stopper...idk where s197 mount them, or if theres options...but it has nothing to do with them being shelby pins

Check my album in my profile for some pics. I have the Shelby-style Billet hood pins, without the Shelby marking. They were $94 from www.cjponyparts.com , and they are installed on a stock hood.
