hey your car looks great Orion, i'm hoping to get that same blackout panel/bezel combo very soon, it looks really slick. That's a great example of the black louvers on a colored car too.

I removed those yellow louvers (yes, that's my GT on their website) and they just pulled right off. It took a good amount of force, but they were never loose while on the car, so don't worry about them detaching if properly installed.

I cleaned up the area and put on the new Black ones they sent me. The quality was very good, and the unpainted side was clean too.

The view out is much better than with the Roush or even the SHR ones:
... though obviously not as good as a clear window! Don't worry about how to clean the window, as it will be covered and won't get that dirty anyway. You just spray water in there, and if you have a thin sponge it can fit into most of the openings, and a folded chamois dries it off good. No real lingering water drips either.
I see you have the coat hangers in the back from MGW.....nice! (I do too)

Orion, nice pony. Really good job of providing pics and info too, especially the view from the driver's seat - thanx!

How's the fit? Can you see any glass around the edges that didn't get completely covered?

Also, did you have to remove the faux gas cap emblem to put on that blackout panel?

I know you asked for non-black, but...

My louvers were put on non-painted by the dealer before I even saw the car for the first time. I'm thinking about taking them off and getting them painted gloss black.

Nice Plate. Get yourself some agent 47 mirrors and get em painted gloss black at the same time as the louvers and your ride will look mucho better.
