GT500 Radiator extensions Info
As I promised here is the info on JLT Performance who is producing them very soon. I found the post over on the SVT Performance forums and have cut and pasted some of the posts here along with pic's of the extensions. As soon as I hear they are selling or taking orders I'll let everyone know here.
01-29-2009, 09:41 AM Radiator support extensions ARE COMING!!!
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
We have been hinting for a while now, but wanted to show you were very close to having them ready.
The plugs are made and off to the mold maker. At this point I can expect a proto type in about 4 weeks. Then test fit and ok (hopfully) and get production rolling.
I have no idea on price at this time, sorry.
They will be made from high quality carbon fiber and fully Autoclaved just like our radaitor support is. These 2 parts are about the same size as the rad cover, so they cost is very close. Retail would be in the $179 range for the pair (Extensions)
That's real carbon fiber.
I will post up more info as I get it.
Parts are shown in black primer.
We are also working on carbon fiber engine caps and a carbon fiber splitter overlay.
Keep a eye out for more info as I move on with these parts.
Thanks
Jay

I'm sure they will most likely made them in just ABS when they see that Real CF is out of a lot of owners reach. But as of right now they seem to only be working on CF ones.
