like i said earlier...normally just dust the interior off - once in awhile use armor all, but not often..

Its typical cheapness on the part of ford. They paint the plastic rather than mold it in diff colors just to save a few bucks and did a crappy prep job or used inferior coating so now its peeling off - probably from uv exposure.

If its under warranty take it to the dealer - if not either prep and paint yourself (you cant do worse than the factory did) or buy new parts and install yourself. They are not difficult to remove/install and I am sure the dealer will overcharge you on the labor.
