Hood scoop for V6
Who sells a hood scoop for the V6 that has the same honeycomb design in the front of the scoop like our front grille? If anyone has one installed would you post a picture also. Thanks for any info.

$140+$15 shipping paint matched and delivered to you door. This is the same company most of us have bought our GT500 spoilers from, you won't find better quality at a better price.

Both look perfect, I already have the Spoiler installed (looks mean!) and will be doing the hood scoop this weekend.
Travis is a great guy to deal with and you cant beat the price.

Okay guys i don't think anyone answered his question..yes i see links for the hood scoop but i'm not seeing the honey comb grill like material in the scoop. I have the roush sccoop and would love to add that honeycomb look to the front of the scoop...
edit..nevermind...I see the ebay vendor included the honeycomb material

I just ordered the hood scoop. I got the Gt 500 spoiler last summer, and love the way it looks. The quality was excellent! The spoiler was very easy to install. Is the hood scoop as easy? Or, did you have any problems?

The install is just as easy as the spoiler.
1- You have to remove the hood liner.
2- Temporarily attach the "locator strips on the bottom of the scoop over the hole locations (I used masking tape)
3- Then get the scoop positioned where you want it
4- Tape the locator strips to the hood and carefully remove scoop leaving the strips taped to the hood
5- center punch the location for the two holes (take it easy when center punching the holes as you will dent the hood if you hit them too hard)
6- drill holes (also using minimum pressure)
7- clean hood with alcohol (where the tape goes)
8- tape and screw scoop to hood (take your time, I held mine away from hood while someone else started the screws from the bottom then once the screws were started I pushed it down to seat the tape)
DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN THE SCREWS OR YOU WILL BUCKEL THE SIDES OF THE SCOOP
9- replace hood liner
10- Enjoy
