Too over the top for me? Side scoops/louvers

Too over the top? Side scoops/louvers
Recently, I've been on something of an "all show, no go" tear... Every mod has me building confidence that I can do almost anything to my car. Next on the list is apparently a set of matching side scoops and louvers by Cervinis.
Here is a pic of the car as it sits now. I'm wondering about adding the C-series side scoops along with the Cervinis quarter louvers for that "quad-scoop" look. I think it's a lot more edgy than the slotted louver look with plain doors.
So try to imagine the look I'm going for. Too over the top? I want to be edgy, but I really don't want to be "all show, no go." For me, the scoops are just a really awesome touch.
Also, do I have enough clearance between the curve of the door panel and my rocker stripe to install a side scoop? Or is my rocker stripe too high for the side scoop to be installed. I'd say there's about 1/8-1/4" of space there. Here's a pic for reference.
For those of you who have these (or other) side scoops, how much room do you need in the area I'm referring to?
Thanks!

It'll look great. I have CDC's quarter window louvers and am installing my C-Series scoops on wednsday, assuming they're painted by then. I taped them temporarily to my car before paint to see what it was going to look like, and took some pics. If you think it would help your decision I can post them up. And yes, you'll have enough room with your stripes there, the scoops are pretty much flush with the "C-Curve" behind the door

Stage3Motorsports has a package deal: $750 for quarter scoops and side scoops painted. They claim their paint job to be "show quality" and "perfect." I think I'm going to do this...
Thanks all

The first step in recovery is admitting you have a problem....
You can use the same stuff you used for the chin......157db has a link and pic of the correct stuff...cant remember the number and its in a tube. I will check
I used that adhesive promoter on the chin...in an inadequately ventilated garage... my head was spinning after 30 seconds of exposure. That crap doesn't mess around. You wouldn't happen to know exactly what kind of 3M adhesive promoter it is would you? Or is it all the same stuff? and.. Pics please!
Awesome thanks for the info. Those pics would be great! Please post!
